Learning program

Fusion 365 contains a 12-month program divided into 4 sprints.

Our learning architect prepares the program with key stakeholders (IT, L&D, HR, Communication team) in your organization. We discuss the roles and responsibilities, target audience and timings. During the program, the learning architect syncs 2-monthly to gather qualitative and quantitative insights and define topics for next sprint

Your dedicated or on-demand Digital Coach is available 1 day a week, onsite or remote, for inspiration sessions, training, workshops and ad-hoc questions on Microsoft 365 Essentials and more Advanced tools.

We go beyond the individual tools and look at the bigger picture by embedding new workflows for:

  • Better document management, with OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
  • Smoother collaboration, with SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Teams
  • Higher productivity, with Planner, Whiteboard, OneNote, Forms, Loop and Copilot

For participants with a specific skillset or interest, we offer training on more advanced tools like Power Apps, Advanced Excel, or Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Your employees get 24/7 access to our online learning platform OASE, with thousands of video tutorials on Microsoft 365 apps, generative AI tools and cyber security awareness.

Our experts set up a Teams group to build a community and share tips, use cases, and training plans. In addition, you’ll receive a communication toolbox that includes standard templates and visuals that you can easily customize with your own logo.
