The road to a job at Xylos
An application process can be stressful. That is why we make the process as pleasant and instructive as possible.
Here are the five steps to a job at Xylos. On average the procedure takes two to three weeks. For sales roles, count on three to five weeks.
First you get to know someone from Team People: a pleasant, low-threshold conversation with approachable people. The goal? You get to know Xylos, and we get to know you.
A future team member answers all your questions about the role and we look at your skills together. Depending on the role, a conversation about your expertise or an assessment follows.
Is there a match? Then you meet the team manager looking for reinforcement. Together you look at what you have to offer, and what Xylos has to offer you.
Does it click on both sides? Then we discuss your contract transparently, until you say yes.
