The solution | Implementing a scalable HR data solution
To create a future-proof HR data platform, we started with business analyses and technical workshops to align reporting needs, data structures, and application functionality.
We implemented Microsoft Fabric as the central data platform, enabling efficient data processing and smooth reporting. To improve data management, we developed a custom low-code application in Power Apps, allowing them to handle personnel data in a more intuitive and structured way.
Integration with external HR providers such as Partena and BCS-ePowerHR was achieved through custom-built APIs, enabling automated and secure data exchange.
We also set up a Medallion Architecture to structure the collection and transformation of data, ensuring standardized, high-quality datasets. We implemented automated data pipelines and orchestration to streamline ingestion and processing and reduce manual intervention.
Throughout the project, we followed an agile, multidisciplinary approach, working closely with both technical teams and the business to ensure a smooth implementation and long-term scalability.
We used the following technology and tools:
Microsoft Fabric for data processing and reporting
Power Apps for a custom, low-code application to manage HR data.
Medallion Architecture for structured, scalable data collection.
Power BI for intuitive, real-time HR reporting.
Custom API integrations for a smooth data flow from external providers.
