Help your teams work smarter with Microsoft 365 tools
Your employees work in Microsoft 365 every day, usually still in the way they learned years ago. The Microsoft 365 Productivity Track changes that, with targeted training and Digital Coaching on the work floor. In a programme of 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the pace that suits you.
Your teams learn to work with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Loop and Copilot, always starting from their own tasks. The gain sits in the habits that stick:
Documents everyone finds straight away, in OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
Working on a document together instead of emailing versions around
Tasks, notes and follow-up in one place, in Planner, OneNote, Loop and Copilot
Flexible with lasting impact
Our programmes are set up in modules. We always work from the same base and adapt the form and rhythm to your company context.
Online or on site
We organise all webinars, workshops and coaching sessions both online (through Teams) and on site. Prefer a mix of the two? We will discuss it together.
A dedicated Digital Coach
For every programme a dedicated Digital Coach is available 1 or 2 days a week for training or coaching. A familiar face who gets to know the organisation and the context well.
Languages
We give sessions in Dutch, French or English, depending on the target group. We provide learning material in the same language as the session.
Learning Architect
The Learning Architect is your strategic point of contact, preparing the programme with the key stakeholders (IT, L&D, HR, communication), checking in monthly and reporting on results.
Community building
We actively build an internal community around AI. Questions, prompts, best practices and use cases are shared, between sessions too.
Measurable impact
We keep a finger on the pulse with our monthly success meetings and adjust where needed. The final report makes the ROI of your investment visible.
The IT department did not always have a positive image, but this project marked a turning point. The pressure on the IT department has dropped noticeably and colleagues are very satisfied. They can keep learning with experienced coaches.
Frequently asked questions about the Microsoft 365 Productivity Track
Most employees use a small part of what is available, and often in a way they learned years ago. We focus on tools where there is still plenty of time to win: finding documents again, versions that drift apart, mail management, meetings that are not followed up, tasks sitting in loose lists. The gain sits in the habits, less in the features.
