AI Policy Champion
An online game in which you apply an AI policy in recognisable work situations.

In AI Policy Champion you work your way through ten floors of a company that discovered AI last week. You pass Finance and IT, among others, and end up on the executive floor. On every floor you read the situation, make your choice and keep three meters from dropping until the lift reaches the top: Compliance, Trust and Productivity.
Those meters count for the whole game. Letting one slide to boost another gets you nowhere, and if one drops to zero, your shift ends early. You can open the policy whenever you like during the game, and every answer shows which section it is based on.

Briefing: the receptionist explains the assignment and the three meters. The lift stays closed until she has finished.

Explore the floor: move with the WASD keys, the arrow keys or a tap on the screen. An exclamation mark means a colleague needs an answer. A marker on a machine, printer or whiteboard means something has been left behind.

Handle the situation: walk up to it and press E, or tap the marker. You make your choice and immediately get the explanation, with the policy section alongside.

Open the lift: after three handled situations the lift opens. Do more and you earn extra points. Every floor has a countdown, and letting the time run out costs you more than a wrong answer.

Reach the top floor: take the lift to the CEO and get your final score. The game calculates it from your work points, the state you leave the company in and the length you chose.
