Partena and Parentia are Belgian companies that offer various social services, including child benefit funds and advice for entrepreneurs. With their 1 Workplace project, they wanted to migrate to the cloud with Microsoft 365 and phase out their Citrix environment.

Our Xylos trainers gave two demo sessions a day at various locations across Belgium, in both Dutch and French. They showed employees how to collaborate in the cloud. For example: how do you manage personal documents? How do you work efficiently with colleagues? And where do you store information that's useful for the whole company?

The trainers also explained what would change once the Citrix environment was phased out, such as easier calling and faster internet access. The IT department could also look forward to a number of positive changes, such as easier workplace and application management.

For trainer Kurt, it was a pleasant experience: “I gave no fewer than 47 demos about '1 Workplace'. During those sessions, I got to know around 700 Partena employees. The positive mindset toward embracing the new way of working struck me right away. That made my job as a trainer thoroughly enjoyable.”
