AI literacy programme

With lasting AI skills your employees will use AI tools with confidence.

From awareness to adoption

Microsoft Copilot is already in your Microsoft 365 environment. Your people decide whether that licence delivers anything. Rolling it out is quickly done, bringing your people along is the work.

Once your employees know how AI fits into their job and where the limits are, they use it again every week. You see it in the time they win and in the questions they ask. In our AI literacy programme they learn that with expert guidance and exercises on their own work. Copilot is central to the programme. Do you use other AI tools as well? Then we take those along in the programme.

Your progress is there in black and white: a baseline measurement at the start, pulse checks along the way and a final report showing where adoption grew and where you need to adjust.

There is a legal side too: the European AI Act expects employers to work on AI literacy among their employees. With this programme you build that literacy in a practical way.

Programme

The programme combines inspiration, hands-on learning and continuous support to turn AI knowledge into daily impact.

Preparation with your key people

Before the start we sharpen the programme in three short working sessions with L&D, HR, IT and communication. Together we set the scope and the target groups. We also fix the communication plan, along with the ground rules on governance, data and measurement. That way everyone knows why the programme is running and how we measure progress.

Kickoff webinar

We start with a powerful session in which we bring the three key elements together, so everyone starts from the same story. That creates support and clarity for the rest of the programme.

Why AI within your organisation?

Your management explains the vision and the strategic role of AI. We look ahead to the full learning programme so employees understand what awaits them and why.

What is AI?

We go back to basics: how does AI work, what is an LLM, what is generative AI? Which expectations are realistic? What is the role of quality data?

How do you handle AI responsibly?

We look at the risks, the internal and external ground rules and how you deal with AI ethically and safely as a company.

Workshops

The workshops turn knowledge into action. In these in-depth, interactive sessions employees apply AI directly in their daily workflows, tuned to roles and teams.

The workshops last about 2 hours and have room for a maximum of 12 participants.

Topics include:

  • Without a Copilot licence: Copilot Chat, basic prompting, advanced prompting

  • With a Copilot licence: basic prompting, advanced prompting, Copilot in Excel, creating presentations, building your own agent and using AI responsibly.

Digital Coaching

Adoption does not happen in one, two, three. For every programme, employees get support from a dedicated Digital Coach, present 1 or 2 days a week (depending on the number of participants and what is possible within your company).

Workshops, one-to-one support and building out use cases are all handled by the same Digital Coach, so he or she gets to know your context, roles and people well.

Keep learning with OASE and PlayForward

Organisations that want to deepen AI use further can extend the programme:

  • With the OASE video learning platform, employees get access to video tutorials and learning paths on Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools.

  • Through PlayForward your employees experiment with a card game, an escape game or a hackathon to discover more of what AI can do.

Which level suits your employees?

The three levels build on each other and can be used separately or combined. In the scoping conversation we determine the right mix together.

Frequently asked questions about the AI literacy programme

For organisations that want to introduce AI broadly: for employees who have never worked with an AI tool as well as for experienced users who want to go beyond the basics. We work with three programmes that build on each other: a general baseline for everyone, depth on the use cases of a specific department and a champions programme that anchors the knowledge internally. Which combination makes sense is something we determine together in the scoping conversation.
