The training program for Teams calls covered 1,000 employees, spread across several countries. Xylos provided remote training sessions in multiple languages (Dutch, French, German, and English). The sessions were short and to the point, focusing on boosting efficiency and introducing lesser-known Teams telephony features such as advanced voicemail settings, call forwarding options, and group calling.

The Xylos trainers involved worked closely with SD Worx's IT and training leads to shape the content. Our trainers also delivered the sessions from within the SD Worx environment, so the training felt very familiar to participants. In total, we organized 50 sessions, each for 20 to 25 participants.

Effortless administration

Based on the registrations, an automated workflow also kicked off two weeks before each session. It sent every participant and the trainer involved an Outlook invitation with the link to the Teams training session.
