The Data Project Clinic workshop is designed to teach participants how to solve specific problems within their organizations.
What to expect
The workshop begins with a presentation of data analysis techniques and tools, with an emphasis on practical applications. We then focus on a business case based on a real problem within the organization.
Participants are divided into small groups and tasked with analyzing the problem statement, identifying relevant data, collecting and analyzing data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations.
Each group then presents its findings and recommendations to the other participants. An expert will provide feedback and share best practices.

KPIs
- Based on the number of participants, we measure the impact and reach of the workshop. In preparation and as part of a Data Literacy Program, it may be interesting to collect cases in advance.
- The quality of the solutions provided is assessed by the expert and gives a clear picture of the organization’s data literacy.
- In a follow-up meeting, we often focus on the number of recommendations implemented in the organization. This parameter gives a good picture of the evolution towards a more data-driven operation.
