Kick-off en voorbereiding
1 day on site with IT to personalise the programme based on your company-specific risks. Development of the phishing simulations and the accompanying communication strategy.
Digital Coaching en awareness campagnes
8+ days of flexible Digital Coaching, remote or on site. Various communication channels that keep cybersecurity in the spotlight, with community support and feedback rounds.
Workshops en trainingsessies
Interactive phishing workshops with a Digital Coach (max. 25 participants per group). 2 sessions per day in NL, FR or EN, with specific modules per role: end users, IT and management.
Opvolging en ROI tracking
Surveys and feedback analysis to measure the progress in awareness, with advice on next steps that support lasting cultural change.
The full programme runs for roughly 8 to 9 weeks, with a combination of preparation, coaching, workshops and follow-up to secure lasting awareness.
