Digital Coaching and continuous learning
Adoption doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why each program is supported by a dedicated Digital Coach, who is available 1 or 2 days a week (depending on the number of participants and your company’s resources). Workshops, one-on-one sessions, and department-specific coaching are all led by the same Digital Coach, so he or she gets to know your context, roles, and people thoroughly.
In addition, employees get access to the OASE e-learning platform, containing video tutorials and learning courses on Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools. OASE supports continuous learning, knowledge sharing and long-term adoption.
Organizations that want to deepen AI usage can extend the program with optional add-ons, such as our Gamified learning experiences that allow participants to explore AI through a card game, escape game or hackathon.
